Our Sure-BOARD® can be used in a number of applications from homes to schools to home expansions, safe rooms, hurricane rooms or even to just add the extra reliability and protection to your project. Sure-Board® is a steel sheet bonded with specified substrates (gypsum board, exterior gypsum sheathing, Fiberock, etc.) that is installed on shear walls at points requiring shear. Sure-BOARD® is available in standard sheet sizes: 4’ x 8’, 4’ x 9’, 4’ x 10’, and 4’ x 12’. Special sizes also available with extended lead-times. Recently, Sure-Board® has gained popularity throughout the east coast United States, due to the adoption of the International Building Code requiring shear walls. |
